An old farmhouse with a typical rural architecture, where the writer Vasco Pratolini lived in the past, and careful and accurate restoration, in accordance with the original construction features, transformed into a cozy farmhouse.

The town of San Giustino at the foot of the Pratomagno. The house is situated on the slopes of the Pratomagno, the imposing relief that stands out from the Arno valley and degrades with extensive olive groves, to the road of the seven bridges, built on the track of an ancient Etruscan road. The village of San Giustino Valdarno with restaurants, bars and shops is about 1 km away and can be reached on foot.

The panoramic garden, the fenced pool and the amenities. Around the house, between olive groves and oak woods, there is a children’s play area and a ping-pong table. On the large natural terrace overlooking the valley below and in a sunny and panoramic position, the beautiful fully enclosed swimming pool (10×4.5 meters, depth of 1.40 m) equipped with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas. In front of the house the lovely wooden gazebo equipped with table, chairs and BBQ suitable for eating outdoors. The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity that make it independent of traditional sources of energy and value its ecological address.
